New Hot Topics Class! Breastmilk in a Bottle: Pumping 101

Do all women need a breast pump? What did they do hundreds of years ago before pumps were around? Well, in today’s day and age, more women need to return to work but still want to provide the optimum food for their baby-100% breast milk. Other women would like to have family members participate in their baby’s feeding, and others use a breast pump when they have to be separated from their babies for medical reasons. Learn all of the basics you need to know regarding selecting a breast pump that is right for you, how to set up and operate your pump, when to start pumping, what to expect, time-efficient pumping tricks, breast milk storage options, how to prepare to return to work, how to use your pump to increase your milk supply, and much more.
