Fighting the Cold & Flu Season with Nutrition Hot Topic Dec. 11th at 1pm

The cold and flu season is upon us! And if you are like most people, you will likely come down with at least one cold or the flu this season. But before you reach for the traditional remedies, like cough syrup or cold medicine, join us for an honest discussion on preventing and treating these viruses naturally. This lecture will focus on building your immune system through nutrition! We will discuss how your immune system functions; the importance of building a good "nutrition-base" everyday; how certain foods, vitamins, and minerals treat cold and flu symptoms; and immunity-building foods/supplements.
